FAQ'S

If a print is in stock it will be sent within 48 hours, usually same day.  If a print has ran out of stock you will receive an e-mail telling you and giving you some options. Usually delivery from the printers takes 5 working days to reach Carol before she can send it out.

Most packages are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class or a chosen courier service which also takes 3-5 working days.  This is to keep the cost down so Carol can offer free UK delivery as part of the service.

If however you need something urgently then please just contact Carol before ordering and she will do her very best to help.

This website currently only accepts orders for delivery to UK customers.

We are currently working in the background on setting up the website to deal with servicing international orders so please bear with us. We have shipped to North America and Europe in the past so please contact us for a quote in the meantime and you will be sent a payment link instead, including international p&p at cost.

There are various options available at checkout, including payment by debit or credit card, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay (UK only).

For mounted prints, there are 3 main sizes to chose from which fit standard square frames:

  • 8×8″
  • 12×12″
  • 16×16″

These measurements are the outside of the mount (and glass aperture area of your frame).

Custom sizes are possible if you’d like to contact Carol for a quote.

The answer is sometimes!  I have some small frames which I’m happy to send in the post and you can find this section here.

If you live in Dundee, I can recommend Elvie Framing
